Default Best quick chicken wings/tenders

i got this recipe for the tenders from a LC friend.....and then i decided to do that same thing with chicken wing dings and it turned out GREAT!!

chicken wing dings or bonless/skinless chicken breast cut into strips

rinse off chicken
place chicken in a bowl
add garlic powder, pepper, adobo, onion powder, and lots of parmesean cheese to coat...mix together well
pour grease in skillet and heat until hot
add chicken pieces in a single layer
cook until browned
take out and drain grease on paper towel
enjoy

I made a "honey mustard" sauce and a "hot sauce"

"honey mustard"
1/2 cup mustard
5 drops of lemon juice
1/2 ts of vinegar
onion powder
garlic powder
2TB of splenda

"hot sauce"
cup of hot sauce
TB of mlted butter

mix all ingredients together and dip chicken in sauce or pour over chicken

YUM, these sound great - and thanks for posting the sauces as well - can't wait to try the mustard sauce! I just purchased a tray of boneless chicken breasts over the weekend, so I'm printing off your recipe and will try these later this week!
Thanks, again!!!

yeah they were so good..i wanted to cry when it was gone...you can use your own favorite seasonings..these just worked well for me...i added this other seasoning (its like seasoning salt) its called soul seasoning but becareful if u use the "hot sauce" because it made my chicken salty because of the salt from the seasonings and the salt from the hot sauce overwhelmed it
