Default AWESOME pizza melt, EASY

This is as quick as a grilled cheese. It makes about 4 sandwiches and it disguises a little of that not-so-great taste of low carb bread because the mayo, seasonings, and pepperoni "seep" into it.

Ingredients:
8 slices of your favorite low carb bread
slices of pepperoni (the amount is to your taste, I use about 13 of the small thin pepperoni slices per sandwich)
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 tsp italian seasoning (sold in a typical spice bottle)
dash or so onion powder
dash or so garlic powder
shredded mozzarella cheese (again, how much per sandwich is your preference)

You are basically making grilled cheese sandwiches. Mix the seasonings into the mayonaise and that is your spread for the bread-face-down on the skillet. Simply spread it on and place face down. Then add pepperoni and mozzarella shreds. Pizza sauce if you have room for additional carbs but I've found it not always necessary. Then just top with the last piece of bread, mayonaise side up. Grill like you would a grilled cheese and pretend its pizza. I actually make-em and keep em on hand because I like them just as much cold or reheated. Enjoy! Abby

How does that work with the mayo face down in the pan? Does it brown, does it stick to the pan? Other than those questions, this sounds really good.
