Bleu Cheese Dressing (wing dip)

I modified the Top Secret Recipes version of Outback Steakhouse Bleu Cheese Dressing because it didn't turn out exactly right when I tried it.

2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
2T buttermilk
2-3 T bleu cheese, crumbled (depending how cheesy you like your dip)
1/4 t course ground pepper
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder

Mix until smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Just a note: the last few times I've made this, I've used yogurt instead of buttermilk, since I have it on hand. It turns out just fine, and I don't have to find a way to use up the rest of the buttermilk!
