09:38 35th parallel and winter vitamin D from the sun
13:28 vitamin D and aging.. ability for your skin to produce D3 drops two fold when in your 70s / 80s
18:44 Vitamin D supplementation to prevent acute respiratory tract infections Meta-analysis of 25 RTC ( randomized controlled trials ), 11,321 patients, published BMJ Feb 2017
25:30 smoking & covid
27:27 popultations living below 35 degrees latitude - When mortality per million is plotted against latitude, it can be seen that all countries that lie below 35 deg North have relatively low mortality. 35 deg North also happens to be the latitudge above which people do not recweive sufficient sunlight to retain adequate vitamin D levels during winter.

There is a new study out of Ireland about the importance of Vit D and it has recommendations. I do not recall if it mentions COVID or immune response.
