Cheated bad
I ate a whole chocolate cake last night. A whole one!! And might I add . . . ice cream! I did the wrong thing. I can't do anything about it now except do the right things from here on forward.
I had carb cravings today but made it through them. Tomorrow I'm working out for an hour and a half and eating steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I know when I do something like I did, steak becomes my best friend. I am hoping and praying this is the last slip up. I am hoping from this day forward I can stay on plan.
