Frozen Raspberries & Sugar-free Whipped cream
I think I like this combination so much because it tastes a lot like gelato, IMO.
I just make a cup of whipped cream, which will make about 4 or 5 of these desserts.
Whip the cream before adding Splenda because the Splenda will cause it to peak slower. After it's whipped, mix in 2 tbsp of Splenda as well as ~1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Pour some frozen raspberries into a bowl and put a few dollops of whipped cream over them. Mix it around and the whipped cream will freeze to the raspberries.
This doesn't sound very fancy, but it tastes SO GOOD.
