hi there, i found an ice cream recipe at this link. you need an ice cream maker but it looks like it works well.

Good to know!!! I have an ice-cream maker in my cellar!!! I bought it last year when it was on offer - just one of those spur-of-the-moment purchases - and haven't -

- actually used it yet...

I really must must must use it this year!!!
