Default Somebody pinch me. Am I really half way there?

Today I officially made it half way to my goal. 115 pounds lost -- 115 pounds to go. When I started this 8 months ago, the idea that I would make it this far was more a pipe dream than an expection. But amazing things have happened on this journey and it looks like I finally figured out what I needed to do to accomplish the impossible. Not only have I made it this far, but I see myself finishing the job a year or so from now. Somebody pinch me, I must be dreaming.

P.S. I have to credit people, information, and links to information on this website for helping me accomplish my personal diet make-over. I'm not sure I could have ever done it on my own. So thank you for all your support, knowledge and inspiration!

Congrats to both of you!! This site is such an inspiration to keep going on changing for life, not until a goal has been reached. That is finally sinking in with me. I feel so much better when I eat clean.

Thanks for the kudos everyone (the encouragement, not the candy)! Thanks for helping me get this done! Armed with an "Onward and downward" blessing from Jo and a Bon Jovi song stuck in my head - I'm looking forward to the rest of this journey. I plan to do what ever it takes to stay LCHF for life. The future looks bright ahead.
