Good morning everyone. I am on my second day of induction and wondering if it is okay to use one low carb (3 effective carbs) tortilla with my tuna. In his new book, Atkins says absolutely no bread/grains. What if it is a low carb product? Can this cause me a potential problem. Don't want to screw this up!

You can find the complete rules of induction along with which foods are permited and which should be used in moderation off the Atkin's website then www.atkinscenter.com Atkins permits some of his products to be used during induction, if memory serves - but the point of Induction is to get away from the high carb foods that we used to rely on so much.
While having the LC tortillas might not necesarrily be 'illegal' getting used to eating breads and grains - even in the form of legal foods - might not be the best route to take. Induction is about breaking carb dependancy and jump starting fat burning and should comprise whole, natural foods (i.e. not processed LC versions of high carb foods).
