Question Help - Advice on my menu

I just started Induction. I have put the last 3 days of my diet/menu that I have ate into fitday. Can someone please take a look at it and tell me if I am heading in the right direction? I blew it today on Carbs - 25!!

Thank you - Julz

Don't worry about the extra 5 carbs, it's NOT that big of a deal. Are you sure you really ate 2 whole cups of cheese? That is more cheese than you are supposed to be eating on induction. On induction cheese is limited to 3 to 4 ounces.

So cut back on the cheese and add in more veggies. Two cups of lettuce simply doesn't provide your body with very many nutrients. Add some brocoli, cauiflower, or green beans.

Other than that,,, you look good!

Thumbs up

Thank you for pointing that out to me. I did not have 2 cups of cheese yesterday. I adjusted it and now I am under in carbs for yesterday, only having 16. EXCEPT - I got to feeling so frustrated yesterday because I thought I had totally blew it, and I ate 2 cookies before I went to bed. That stinks!

I can sometimes try to aim for perfection and end up not making good progress. I will have to tell myself "Progress not Perfection". I do eat broc & cauf. so I will take the advice and eat more of that. Thank you for your response.

Julz

It looks like you may be eating American/processed cheese. I'd be careful with that... The less processed food you eat, the better!

Thank you so much for the input. More veggies and cut the processed cheese. I got it.

What is the proper sodium range to stay in between? Is mine high??

Thanks,
Julz
