Default 12 lbs in 3 weeks

Today is the mark of my third week (give or take a day or two) and I'm down 12-13 lbs. I haven't been this weight in over a year. My thyroid is low functioning and I'm insulin resistance. Counting calories never made the scale drop. I would have never lost an average of 4 lbs a week! This really inspires me to keep on without cheating. It feels so good to see a number you haven't seen in a while. It gives me hope that 199 isn't so far away...

i have been pretty much doing induction except wheat bread once in a while...i didn't count calories or carbs, but i know i was def under 20 per day with carbs when i did not have the bread...
