Well, I'm going to count yesterday as a day I missed my limit. I did eat dinner after 7, so that fits my exception, but then I went back at 9:00 and had more since I was still hungry and it was probably more than 200 calories. I didn't know as I didn't measure.

Timeline: Dec 7th - March 7th
Habit: Eating Less than 200 calories after 7:00 PM
Exception: Eating Dinner if delayed due to schedule/conflict

Goals for January 2 through March 31

1) Stop eating whey protein
2) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
3) Get most of my fat from food (limit the added fats)
4) Basically return to the < 30 net carb, high fiber diet I was doing in 2016.
5) Eat less at dinnertime (Starting February 1)

Met all goals: 36 days
Off Target: 4 days

All OP yesterday. I even did some cooking after dinner for lunch meals without so much as a nibble. Kelsey & I did a long workout at the Y after work. I slept like a rock last night. All-in-all it was a very good day.

Carb habit days successful: 54/90 (started 12/10/20, ends 03/09/21)
No HWC in my coffee: 12/90 (Started 01/29/21, ends 04/29/21)

I waited to eat dinner until I was hungry last night, so I didn't eat it until 9 PM. I'll continue this whole, crazy, "no eating until I'm actually hungry" thing

I woke up this morning to a bouquet of lilies and roses, a cheese-and-meat gift box, and a box labeled "Carnivore Club" waiting for me on my desk My husband knows the way to this girl's heart for Valentine's Day. I'm waiting for him to wake up before I open the Carnivore Club box, but I have a feeling that whatever's inside is going to be what I eat today

Off Target: 4 days

on all points. I feel as though I'm doing well everyday with my carb counts and volume. I want to find a place where I'm in weight loss mode without logging every bite everyday. But the scale is not moving. I may need to do some spot checking with how I'm eating. Weighing, measuring and logging a few times per week is not such a burden and just might help get the scale moving. Maybe my comport level with where I'm at with my daily eating is more wishful thinking than fact based.

Jess, your hubby is a keeper! I'm going to check that out in your J.

Ken, that's pretty much my situation with tracking, too. I can skip tracking when I'm eating memorized simple foods like canned tuna or pre-portioned meats and cheeses at work, but it's easy to drift into things that I should be weighing/measuring instead of eyeballing.

Wine with my sister again last night. We agreed we can't let it be a habit, so if we see one another next week it will be alcohol-free and will remain strictly carnivore.
