OMG..........this was to die for Elle, I got to hand it to you, this was the best dessert I have had that actually was within our plan limitations! To die for!

I used carbquik, and I also used only one egg, and added a tablespoon of Godiva Dark Chocolate Cocoa powder, it was rich and just heavenly! I even got a thumbs up from DH (who is by the way, the pickiest eater ever!)

Thanks for a fine recipe, one I will make again no doubt!

I'm wondering if I could use flax meal instead of soy flour? Forgive me if this is a stupid question....I'm not much of a baker at all!

I used almond meal instead of soy flour. I dont know what I did wrong, but at first it wouldnt set. It was just so watery, so then i turned the oven up to 350 and it popped up. But then i think I let it bake too long because it wasnt molten
