Timing from beginning of meal or end?
I'm wondering if one is better than the other. I used to note when I started a meal, then test 1 or 2 hours from then. But I found it easier to note the end of the meal, so started doing that. I figured that as long as I was consistent, it would be fine.
But then I read a comment from someone, somewhere, that made me wonder. Is timing from the beginning of the meal better?
