Hit the gym at the resort on Saturday and did my 20 MAS on the stairclimber...shouldn't have bothered as I then spent three hours tromping (is that a word?) a sand pit in oversized boots...quads were throbbing after that!

Question

Hi Lisa--

I just have a quick question for you. I noticed that you have been doing BFL, and while I haven't had time to read your entire journal, I was curious how you liked it. I've perused the book a little and visited the web site, but i'm not sure if I want to plop down my twenty dollars for a book I may not use. Have you seen visible results that you think are a result of BFL?

Hi, Lisa, I am Lisa too : )

Well I saw a post where you said "thanks to am workouts I lost..." so my question is what am exercise did you do? and how long did it take you to loose that?

I am asking cuz I just started lc and 60 min cardio 4x/week. and so far Im on day 4 and have lost O, nothing, zilch! Thanks
