Water Challenge!
There used to be an on-going water challenge but I don't see it anymore, so I'd like to start another. We can all get the most out of this WOE by making sure we get an adequate amount of water into our systems. My goal is 1 gallon a day (16 cups)...It has been proven to help with weightloss, it makes your skin glow, helps your organs function better and its just plain good for you!
My plan of attack is a cheap blue plastic tumbler cup that I bought from the dollar store and a straw! It holds a little over 2 cups. I drink 1 before I leave the house, 2 before lunch, 1 with lunch, 2 after lunch, 2 in the evening...this equals 16 actual cups. This also has a dual purpose, it will lead me to drink less "non-water" beverages as well.
