Default Kickstart Challenge!!!!!!

The first few days are the hardest. Are you just starting out? or have you been sliding and stalling? Then join this 10 day challenge.

The rules:

1. Just jump in whenever
2. Add your name to the list and tell everyone what it is that you want to kickstart (induction, or carb count or no cheat etc)
3. Count the 10 days, so check in every day to update
4. Highlight your name when you have made it all 10 days. We will cheer for you then post again taking your name off the list.
5. If you mess up then start your count over.

I want to kickstart a stricter version of my plan so I can get off of this maintenence phase I am stuck in! My plan includes no dairy, nuts, or salted meats and IF

Default Kickstart challenge

Want to kick start induction again and get my keto stix back to dark purple..... I miss the energy I had and it was nice not being hungry.

Hopefully it will help me limit the lemon cream cheese pudding I've been making a nightly ritual for the past few weeks and prevent any further stalls.

So as of Saturday Aug. 10, I am accountable!

i agree that the first few days are the hardest. since my vacation, i've gone back to lower carbs, but definitely not like i need to be. today i'm going to kickstart my eating and get those carbs out!!

So far on my own, I've made it 4 days cheat free, but now
with this challenge, it will help me with the next 10 days & after
that it will be 2 weeks cheat free & we all know that can do wonders!

Hi Everyone !!! Just checkin in.......it's day 2 on induction....I'm not in ketosis yet but hopefully my keto strips will start turning in a day or two. I'm trying to get all my induction meals planned out so everything is effortless.

It's great to see others signing up for this challenge, we can all support each other, share recipes, special lo-carb products and any tips that seem to help us in our journey.
I've decided to limit my 1 T. of cream cheese and sour cream to 2-3 times a week only because I stall a little otherwise. I decided to experiment and up my daily aerobics and add weight training on the days I have them to see if it would make a difference.
I've been making one serving of lemon pudding 2 x's a week that is sooooo incredible using 1 Tbl. of cream cheese, 1 Tbl. sour cream and 1 T of heavy whip cream + 2 T. water, plus 1/2 pkg of All Bran sf fiber drink mix in pink lemonade + 4-5 drops of lemon essential oil and some lemon zest. I blend it up and place in freezer to thinken and enjoy. I was able to eat this when my keto stix were mid to dark purple with out a problem as long as I limited it to only 2 or 3 times per week. Sometimes this can be difficult but it gives me a chance to practice self control. It also gaves me the fiber I need while doing low carb. Each pkt. of l temonade mix has 10 grams of fiber.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas, support, recipes etc. with everyone else.

Whew!...On to Day 2! Last nite I made bifteki, a simple greek
recipe for it. Ground beef w/greek seasoning,red bell peppers, &
feta cheese. Made lil beef pockets & grilled them on the Foreman grill.
So, thats whats for dinner tonite too...leftovers.
