I figured out that it was a worthless study when I read "All of the diets reduced carbohydrates to about 38% to 40% of daily calorie intake."

They ALL do. Or else, it would work!

Harvard seems to be infested with all kind of bad ideas. Now, it's just another ADA with all of their manufactured food contributors, I'm certain.

And the people who make all the money have servants and personal chefs and I'm sure they don't swing by Mickey D's.
