Do any of you take these and which do you find works better?
I have read conflicting things.
A lot of good things about evening primrose along with a bunch of bad things and people saying that the claims arent true and some that show that borage oil is much better and that you would need 2.5 times the amoung of evening primrose to get the same amount in borage oil.
I take borage oil. I'm shooting for around 400 mg of GLA per day and two tablets of borage oil does it. I'd have to take 4 of the evening primrose to get even 360 and it's way pricier around here.
I have been take 500 mg,90 Caps products for the past 2 months, My friend gave me a suggestion to try Borage Oil it is good for cardiovascular health. Borage Oil I have been using about 3 weeks and I am simply amazed. Borage Oil took about a week for me to start noticing a real difference.

I took evening primrose oil for a while, but then read some articles that borage oil is a *better* source of GLAs. So I switched over to borage. I think I like it better.
