It shouldnt be eaten for induction however if you will not be able to stick to the plan without it then by all means do so.... just try to make it the 2 weeks without it though you will feel much better.

Does anyone know about Walden Farms Basalmic Viengar, or Smart Beat butter spray? They say no carbs, but the ingredients make me unsure. I am also looking for a healthy butter, not so much saturated fats and different ingredients, like food starch.

I have tried it, but must admit didn't care for it - way too sweet tasting. I love balsamic vinnegar, but this one was just too sweet.

Does anyone know about the ingredients in these butter sprays on the market. Smart Balance makes a all natural one, but i am not sure about the ingredients. Maybe sticking with the smart balance in a tub is better. Hydronated oils are bad, right?

walden farms is rumored to be 55 cals in the entire bottle...i doubt it's got enough carbs to worry.

Default Keto Ketatoes

I didn't like the ketatoes when I tried them but earlier I read they are better if they sit first and I remember other than the gluelike consistancy they were better the second day but since I had bought 3 flavors on sale I have found they work really well as the filler for meatloaf. I use them either alone or with crushed pork rinds to make the "bread crumb" texture for my mexican meatloaf and my nonlc dbf eats it and likes it better than regular meatloaf very tasty.

I get my Hood Carb Countdown chocolate milk and white milk at Publix but sometimes I have to stake it out because it doesn't last long. Today I had to get one of the stockers to go to the back and pull some off of the pallet in the back for me. I absolutely LOVE it! I use it to make breakfast shakes almost every morning with a packet of SF cocoa mix, crushed ice and a little Splenda in a blender. It is wonderful. I use the white milk to eat my Special K cereal. I like it, too. I guess it is a matter of taste. The Special I is okay but the chocolate milk is wonderful.

ugh, in case it hasn't been mentioned before: atkins bake mix.

It tastes absolutely terrible.
I used it for making pancakes, and then I tried coating meat with it.....I just can't get past the awful taste.
