I decided to upload before and after pics. The after is really bad, I just took it now at 1 in the morn and I look like a total slob lol. I will have to replace it with a better one later.

Also I really don't have a hugely fat one of myself for the before (unfortunately), since I had stop taking pictures at my max weight. I am only like 250 there. But still you can see how much I improved on Atkins, even if you can't see all my weight loss -- skin cleared up, not all bloated, hair shinnier, and there is the absence of a bucnh of extra pounds too ...

I just replied to your pictures..And said WOW you look great...Is the 250 how much you weighed in March? If so that is a lot of weight...You are doing great.

I have the same "problem." I really don't have any "before" photos of myself either since I hated my body so much that I wouldn't let anyone take any photos of me. Now I kind of wish I HAD taken a before photo.

Great job!!!! Wow, look how much you've lost and how far you've come. You should be very very proud of your accomplishment. We all know the determination it takes to change our lifestyle.

I know what you mean about "before" pictures - my SIL has one (of very few because I stayed away from the camera too) of me that she says is a great "fat" pic but I don't want to see it, because I can't help but feel ashamed of how bad I let myself get in the first place. Ridiculous I know, but my low self-esteem has me always focusing on the negative...maybe I'll find the courage to look at it one of these days and be able to feel good about how well I've done instead. Right now I prefer to look ahead to the picture in my mind of what I will soon be!
