Am I seeing a correlation with activities and higher BHB the next day or so? Looks like it. So, you're efficiently using fat for energy, and my assumption is the next day, you're pumping out more ketones to resupply. Good, informative data so far, but may still be early to draw solid conclusions from your N=1.

Rob, I think the bump in BHB is directly related to 36hr fasts M-W-F (ADF) When Nc colomn is 00 that means a fast has happened.

I'm only measuring in the morning not really caring what exercise does at this point - I'm trying to zone in on protein consumed prior day to have base level of ~1.5mmol/L the next morning - mostly just curious. This tyep of experimenting has a side benefit for me apparently - weight loss

Sorry, Paul - kind of highjacking this. Looking forward to your breath acetone readings after "cheating" - super stoked playing with blood meter myself.

Ok, the ADF and Nc along with your corresponding ketone results now make sense.
