Default A day of typical menu's

I'd like to start a thread where we can post our menu's for the day in oder to get feedback from one another. I sure could use the help! Anyone interested? I'll post mine tomorrow

Post Menu for Sunday, September 8th

Brekky:

Late for church, skipped it!

Lunch:

Tuna salad made with egg and mayo on sgww bread, toasted.
Sliced cucumbers
Biggo salad with legal ceasar dressing

Snack:

Triscuits with nsa peanut butter

Dinner:

1 C Uncle Sam cereal
Fresh blueberries
1 C skim milk
2 packets of Splenda

Snack:

More blueberries
1 C nfnsa plain yogurt
2 packets of splenda

I count four grains here folks...probably too many for weight loss.

See anything else I could tweek?

Hi Ehren,
Today is only half done so this is what ive had the past 2 days since I started.

SAT
Flat white, orange
Slice of Rye, Sardines and salad
Large chicken leg, stir fried veg, 1/2 low GI rice (doongara)
G&T
Latte

SUN
Slice Rye with marmite, Flat white
Oat 'piklets' 1/2 apple
Lamb cutlet, cabbage and grated cheese
G&T
Latte

oat piklets (3)= .5c rolled oats ,1 egg, touch of sweetnener, tsp bp, milk to mix.

How's that?

Default Another day of meals & snacks!

Brekky:

2 scrambled eggs, cooked in a pat of butter

Mid morning snack:

1/2 C blueberries

Lunch:

Grilled chicken ceasar salad with paresan cheese and SB ceasar dressing.

Afternoon snack:

Red apple with sf peanut butter

Dinner:

Hamburger steak inside a SB sgww pita with lettuce and tomato and a side of
green beans with a pat of butter, three baby dill pickles.

Snack:

1 cup of home made vanilla ice cream, made with Splenda and Pure vanilla.


If this menu seems to be good, I think I'm going to make the brekky, lunch and
snacks an everyday thing and I'll just vary the dinner.
