Default Another Diet Idea I Would Like Reveiwed...

A another diet idea that I would like reviewed, this is a bit better IMO...

Its like this. The only foods allowed for breakfast and lunch are low carb dairy and low carb soy. There are only 2 meals allowed and no snack. If I feel hungry between meals I shall increase portions. Then for dinner I can eat whatever I want. Decafe coffee and tea are allowed with cream and non-sugar sweetners but no more then 3 cups a day. Except for the dinner because I can have whatever. This diet follows the one hour rule for meals from CAD and the 15 minute rule of coffee from CAD.

Thanks...

Little during the day, all you want during dinner, seem OK to me. I do something like this, but have a second meal later on the evening.

It makes me mean and lean...
