Default Really Dry Hands

I started Keto three weeks ago and I noticed my hands are extremely dry. I don't remember this happening last time. Is there something I should be increasing (or decreasing) to combat this? Lotion isn't working and its not cold here and I haven't been washing my hands any more than normal.
