Hi there,
Welcome to the forum. Make sure to take a good look around because there is a ton of info about food. Check out people's journals for ideas of what you can eat but here's a few suggestions in the meantime: - You don't have to eat eggs in the AM. Sometimes I eat leftovers from dinner the night before
- boiled eggs
- celery sticks w/ cream cheese
- red, orange, yellow, green peppers w/ cream cheese
- don't forget to eat your greens (lettuce, spinach, broccolli, gr beans)
- salmon - canned or broiled
- tuna
- sliced meats from the deli - stick to meats that aren't processed
This is by no means comprehensive. Just a few ideas. As I said, if you look around the site you will get a lot more ideas.
