Default dr. atkins. new book

Wanted to know if would be good to read dr. Atkins new book. I have and I have read his last book at least 6 times. Just wanted to know if was basically the same or would it be worth buying it.

I have his first DANDR and decided to go ahead and buy the second one - I wasn't disappointed. So if you have the spare cash, I'd say go for it.
