Default What do you eat daily?

So I see a lot of people enjoy coffee with hwc and oil for breakfast, but personally, I like a regular breakfast. Same with lunch and dinner, with usually a snack or two throughout the day. What are some ideas for these? I know what my food options are, but I love cooking and would love to hear how some of you mix it up.

Personally, I like to eat eggs and bacon most every day. It starts off the day right and keeps me satisfied all day long, usually until dinner.

I get up before dawn every day and my first thing is two glasses of water with my supplements.

A couple of hours later I have coffee. Had to give up dairy, but now make BPC using powdered MCT oil and extra butter. That holds me until my big meal sometime in the middle of the day. Usually lots of greens, chopped up protein and dressing with fat.

Depending upon hunger, that's probably my last meal. The rest of the day I drink non-caloric drinks.
