9/1
B-gluten free homemade waffle with homemade raspberry sauce coffee with cashew milk
L-meatloaf, asparagus, and mashed potatoes
D-steak and chicken fajitas (Chuy's restaurant - skipped the tortilla and only had the veggies and meat)

I am trying to make more gluten free things since DS2 and I are sensitive to gluten. The waffles were very good. For the raspberry sauce I grab a cup of frozen raspberries and warm them up in a pan then mashed them. I don't use sweeteners but you can add some stevia.

I had never made meatloaf before, so I was skeptical about it but DH really wanted to eat it. I found a whole 30 recipe that was also low carb/gluten and sugar free. It came out delicious!

Hi, Girls. Seems you are on track and doing good.
Today had 1 c. veggatraine chille and 2 rice cakes. and 2 small oranges.
I know that rice cakes are not really on any plan and empthy cals. But I like them and only90 cals for 2
Also going to try but really hard for me to stay with{Though I did for 8 months.
I think also since scale misses we my head. just weigh once a week.
Went to day and walked and jogged 4 miles.
Got to get going on those smoothies also.
Later. Have fun Lisa on vacation.Enjoy.

Maral, this is the recipe I used. I has a recipe to make your own ketchup which I did and was delicious. The recipe calls for 3tbs of ketchup, I only used 1 and half tablespoon because my kids don't eat ketchup.
For the meat I used 1lb 85% lean grass feed ground beef and 1lb 97% lean grass feed ground beef. I run out of almond flour (you can also make your own by grinding almonds, but didn't have any almonds on hand either) so I used 1 tsp of coconut flour (coconut flour is more dense so you need to use very little)
To coat the meatloaf I only used 2tbs of ketchup for the entire meatloaf.
As for the ketchup if you don't want to make it you can buy sugar free ketchup (I heard it taste very good) or use regular ketchup since the amount used is so little.

here is another recipe to make your own ketchup. This one used monk fruit or erythritol instead of dates. I heard by a few people that this recipe is very good too.

Izzy thank you for sharing this with me. I love meatloaf. Finacees meatloaf the other day was not too good but I put it in meal prep containers and threw it in the freezer for lunches . Dont want to waste it. I am looking for a really good meatloaf recipe and this one looks like it fits the bill! I have often used keto low carb recipies and adapt them to South Beach ( substitute heavy cream for low fat milk mixed with fat-free Greek yogurt or reduced fat cream cheese for full fat). Thank you again for sharing this!! Definitely want to make the ketchup too.
