Dont beat yourself up, it happens to nearly everyone ...but just to let you know,, you are the wagon, its up to you where it stops.....maybe you could plan your eating for a few days and just look at it in 3 days at a time then each time you resist candy or fries etc you will get stronger and more determined..if you know there will be candy then bring some dark choc or I saw a great recipe for pureed berrys dipped in dark choc,, yum...
