I.5 miles at varying 2.7-3 mph. Easy on the back!

I'm thinking of doing an am and a pm workout.

I really need to learn how to use the total gym we own!

New plan is mon-wed fri (toning/muscle building like weighted pilates, fit to strip, total gym) with a pm walk

Thur-fri- 2 ~30 min walks

Weekends~ if anything walking

Thank you Shirley! I live 30 miles from the closest gym so we have all the equipment here. I can still procrastinate. Yeah for us getting our exercise!

I love your journal title! It's sneaky, that exercise, it makes us like it when we don't think we ever will!

I went to the gym again this am...It has been about a week. I teach and we had spring break last week. I did a lot of yard work ad was very sore!! It did feel great to get back on track.
I want to start working out twice a day too! The weather is becoming nice here, so my goal is to start taking the baby for an afternoon walk!

Thanks Valerie! I do like it once I do it! Funny how that works.

Shirley that sounds like a great plan! Wow your spring break is way later than ours. Yard work is great exercise.

I'm breaking it down into smaller 2 x a day to try to keep it less stressful. So far so good

20 min at 3.1 mph
