Default OMG! information overload

hi this thread is a riot. I read the whole thing. while i struggled with some of the acronyms (getting there) is was wondering if anyone has used it while doing food combining?

I am doing my own version of montignac/sommersize and wondered if taking the oil with my carbs meals (not supposed to take carbs with fats) would set me back or not? I've been doing so well (7kg bout 15pds in 3 weeks) so i am not game enough to try it. however the coconut site says it helps to stop the sugar dips caused by carbs.

Anyway i'd love to hear from anyone who has been using coconut oil combined with carbs etc?

Also what is the recomended body temp? what's high and what's low?
