Well that number is not great, but not as bad as I thought it might be.
I see a trend though. Loosely, I have weighed 10 lbs less each year, this time over the last few years. So there is hope.😎

So I was on plan all day except at night then I totally went off

The fact that the scale was still lower means I really need low-carb to lose
Weight!
