Thumbs up 500 steps in 5 minutes .. and other walk at home videos

I've loved Leslie Sansone for decades .. since her 1990's "Walk Away The Pounds" videos, which I bought way back when on VHS!! Well, she's still going strong .. miles and miles of in-home walking .. dvd's, streaming .. all good . However ... if you're new to in-home walking, or if you want to learn some new moves to pump up your current regime .. these short videos will help get you on track

Walk 500 Steps Now .. easy pace

Energy Boost 5 Minute Walk .. faster pace, more vigorous upper body movement

Hope you enjoy these short videos.

What are your favourite walk-at-home videos?? Please share

I Leslie Sansone! I remember doing her 5 mile walk, which was a challenge - but felt so good to be able to do. I really like her 1 mile now that incorporates hand weights.

It's a great workout, you aren't required to buy special equipment, it's just fantastic.

I love walk away the pounds! The fitness center at work has many of here videos. Before covid hit we would get a $50 gift card for doing 12 walk away the pounds videos. It was awesome!! The center reopened so I have been doing that along with using the spin bike, and other equipment there. I am so glad gyms are open. Hope they stay that way.
