Default Honey Baked Ham...Carbs ???

My Thanksgiving plans have changed slightly...We'll be eating at my Aunt's place instead of my Grandmother's...So, instead of Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, and LC Ice Cream as I had planned for...they'll have Honey Baked Ham, Sweet Potatoes, Pumpkin Pie, and Green Beans. I don't really care for Sweet Potatoes and Pie, so I won't be having those. So, it looks like I'll be eating Ham and Green Beans. I've looked in Fitday and cannot find Honey Baked Ham, only regular and cured ham. So, anyone know how many carbs there are in Honey Baked Ham ??? and if it is possible to decrease the amount by removing outer fraction of an inch or so of the slice ???

I wouldn't worry about the inch or so. You are probably looking at most 5g a serving, more like 2-4. It's a holiday and sinc eyou are staying away from the higher carb dishes, don't sweat the ham. Try to balance the rest of your day though to be lower carb, and maybe before you go have a large salad.

You can also play good guest and bring something without. An appitizer tray filled with nuts, fresh veggies and dip would work great. Or an LC dessert to have beside the pumpkin pie.

I am going to make an LC feast for thanksgiving, but realisticly I know the carb count for that meal will still be higher then I would normally have. For the entire meal though it will probably still be less then one slice of regular pumpkin pie. Compramise is always good
