Hi from a newbie

Hello-
I am new to Sugar Busters. I am on day two of the plan and I just got the new book today. Before that I only had a borrowed copy from the library.

I have had a good couple of days so far and SB seems like the program for me because it makes so much sense.

How long does the sugar and carb withdrawal last? I have had a mild headache for a couple days but I keep telling myself I will get past this. It just takes time for my body to return to normal.

I look forward to hanging out here and exchanging recipes.
