Default LC Birthday cake ideas?

I was just wondering if anyone had some great ideas for birthday cake or maybe some sort of low carb birthday treat solution? I decided that I am not going to cheat on my birthday. I end up feeling horribly sick when I eat a lot of sugar and it is not worth it to feel bad on my birthday. I do not have any of the atkins recipe books or anything like that so maybe there are so things in there. Anyway, if someone has something great, please let me know. Thanks everyone!!!!

Or check out the Robbinsnest website for cake rolls that are sf, low fat, and low calorie. They are delicious. A bit pricey, but hey, it's gonna be for your birthday!

They were originally made for diabetics and they are VERY low in carbs.

Wow, I wish I knew about those cake rolls for my birthday (last week). My birthday cake was 0 carbs, because it did not exist...

Have a look at this: http://forum.lowcarber.org/showpost...883&postcount=4

I made this the other day, was a little bit dry, but that was more to do with me not adding cream in (by mistake!) and doing a topping rather than a middle. Was still nice though, and tasted like proper cake!

Check out my gallery. I made a cheesecake for my b-day cake that came out great. For lower carbs and maybe an improved taste, leave out the carob chips.
