Default This is weird!

So I am on Day 3 of SBD and I don't really have cravings per se for carbs...I mean, I don't sit around and go, "Oh my gosh I am dying for a big bowl of pasta." For instance a co worker asked me if I wanted a banana nut muffin today and i said, "Nope. I am not doing junky carbs for awhile." No sweat! My hubby asked me if I wanted to try a bite of his sandwich...Nope flew right off my tongue. I don't know if my blood sugar is now regulated already or if I just have some willpower that I never knew I had and know in my head that I just can't have that stuff for two weeks...although I don't think I have ever been real strong on the willpower either...I am down 2.6 pounds though already!

Not sure what to make of that. Has anyone else noticed that they have very limited desire for carbs so soon after doing this?

I say, don't look a gift horse in the mouth!
You may be in ketosis and that does effect the appetite in general.
Its wonderful that you have already lost some weight and feel good!!

Also, when these first 2 weeks are up....please dont go eating those muffins right away, OK? We go slow and start with 1 fruit per day first week.
