Have you looked through the quick and easy section, right here in THIS Kitchen forum, yet?

You didn't say.

You probably won't find the quickest, easiest meals written down. It can be so simple. I love not having to make recipes. Instead, do this:

Get a piece of meat or fish. Grill it or fry it. Add a green salad with Ranch dressing or some low-carb cooked vegetables with butter. It's as easy as that.

The longer you eat this way, the more satisfying it will seem.

Good luck!

Well, how is the quick and easy coming?

I find that just throwing things together really works for me, too.

I like to saute leftover meat with a little garlic and olive oil, add a few left over veggies and add a touch of cream at the end of the cooking and serve! It's great!

Default I found a few

Hi I did found a few recipes. I did a search asking for low carbs recipes and came across some. I would give you the sites but using mom's computer because mine died and getting repaired. I had it saved under my favorites. Sorry
The problems with a lot of those sites I had found. Is that it doesnt give you grams of carb pre serving. Then you have to do a little bit more home work to figure the carbs. But I did sure found some yummy recipes.
