Default The Big 5-0

I was at the dr's today. Haven't been ther since a couple months before embarking on the latest chapter of the Less of Lee journey. Last time I weighed 315, today it was 265 - 50lbs!!!

Now my official home stats start at 309 and I'm down 46. So I get to celebrate the big 50 today and again in a couple weeks.

I'm having bloodwork tomorrow and look forward to seeing the results. Still have to take my bp meds, so that's a victory for another day

It's really the doctor's scale that counts...so own that 5-0 now!

Next time you are in a home center, pick up a 50 pound bag of mulch or seed, and walk around with it. The benefits for your body achieved with this weight loss will really sink in.

Congrats on this milestone! This is very impressive in any case, but more so since you travel all the time for work. I'm going to start referring people with "on the go" questions to you.

Thanks...hard to imagine that I carried every day a weight I'd struggle to pick up and hold for I've minutes
