1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 25 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Eliminate Artificial Sweeteners in food & dial back on all SF sweeteners
4) Two 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.
Met goals 1 & 2: 21 days
Off Target: 6 day
Met Weekly IF goal: 4 (week 5 of 13)

..My food lately is getting a lot of Cs and Ds. I have to call it PSMF. No, not 'protein-sparing modified fast', 'pretty sloppy maintenance food.'
Made me laugh. I hear ya too. I went thru a stretch last month that was F grade but I kept going - November has been pretty good. Things can change 180 in ONE DAY sometimes. You are kind and humorous with yourself. I like it Kristine.
