Goals for October 18 through January 15
1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 25 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Eliminate Artificial Sweeteners in food & dial back on all SF sweeteners
4) Two 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.
5) Two resistance training workouts per week.
Met goals 1 & 2: 31 days
Off Target: 10 day
Met Weekly IF goal: 6 (week 7 of 13)
Wednesday - Sunday: : . I stuck to all OP foods over the holiday weekend, but I was too loose for this challenge with the carbs and snacking on Thursday & Friday. I completed my 2nd IF for the week on Saturday.
I added a 5th element to my challenge starting this week - 2 weekly visits to the gym. After my gym buddy daughter moved to Texas a few months ago I fell out of the routine of going to the Y to lift weights. Weight training is not my favorite thing, but with my daughter's push lifted 2 or 3 time per week for over a year. I now need to find the self-motivation to do it. Hopefully adding it to this challenge will help.
