Default Eating Less Meat Won't Save the Planet. Here's why.

A well presented argument debunking the high environmental cost of beef .

Yup, the big argument that cattle eat grains humans could eat is addressed. Did you know most grain is not graded for human consumption. The 50# bag of bran for my horses was $15-25. A small box at grocery was less than $5. What is the difference?? One is human grade. The other contains far more insect parts etc.

I was impressed with the details presented. Well done.

Thanks for the link, Ms A. Very well done video addressing some of the myths we hear frequently that pretend to be based on "science." Should be required viewing for everyone and particularly those who are concerned about the ongoing availability of nutrient-dense food sources.

Yes, Totally.

I have a vegan niece. And I'm totally afraid to approach her food choices. Dr Georgia Edes also addresses the short comings of vegan and her article in Psychology Today points out the many pit falls of a vegan diet and how to over come each one for best nutritional health.

It all starts with vilifying meat......which is not deserved.
