I love Dr Cywes. He just takes out the stress. We seem to need rules no matter what plan we follow....I don't know why. Just eating animal foods doesn't seem to be enough for a lot of people.

I sure agree. Dr C is cool

ZC is the simplest plan. People can screw up plans like crazy with useless rules. Eat. Just eat on zc and thrive yet so many just can't get that....heck I had a hard time getting it HAHA

Too many carnivore 'supposedly experts' that throw monkey wrenches into the plan out there now. Kinda sad for such a simple eating plan.

Your post is so true

Kelly Williams Hogan did an interview with Dr Fit and Fabulous. She's an OB/GYN and talked mostly about hormones....and relating to diet. She's carnivore.

I've been trying to eat more eggs since I consider them a perfect food and I developed an aversion over a decade ago while LC.
Kelly was eating an egg pudding on IG so I followed the link, Steak and Butter Girl, I think.
I made it in a cereal bowl and used bone broth that I had thawed.
It was delicious! I will be making it often.

Steak and Butter Gal. Not Girl.
Egg pudding is my new obsession.

Kelly's got one coming tomorrow that should be interesting, interviewing several carni women.

I find it so cool people I know well are doing these vids with Kelly....famous by association HAHA Nah, but I find it wild.

Lol. Yes, you are famous by association. Do you live in the same 'hood?
Elizabeth is quite active in a couple of the FB pages I'm a member of.

Kelly did a short one with CW today and it was awesome. He's got the right attitude!
