Default Back on Plan

Back on plan today after a very stressful 2 months. I lost my Mum to ovarian cancer on 22nd January. Trying to step back into my life and eat healthily.
How are you all getting on?

Trifecta, thanks for your message.

Doing lots of cooking and cleaning at the moment. Back to work on Tuesday. Sometimes I can't eat as I feel like my throat is closing over. I usually end up eating my lovely low carb leftovers in the morning for breakfast when I have an appetite. Gotta power on, rubbish weather or not. I have two wee lassies who need me.

Sorry to hear about your mum, Donn4c... i hope you and your family are coping ok.

I've been back on plan for 2 weeks... lost half a stone in the first week, and ... absolutely sweet FA in the 2nd week, so I'm a bit disappointed, as I've been following the plan faithfully.

Maybe the 'whoooosh fairy' will come next week and get this thing moving!

A big hug for you Donn4C and good luck with your weight loss

I re-started my journey on 2nd January and so far have dropped 13lb. I have also not taken an alcoholic drink since then either which is a major achievement for me.

I find some of the challenge threads here really helpful - 7 days clean eating is my particular favourite - makes me think about my eating because I report my progress every day
