Our local farmer's market had them last week for $2 each!!! I bought 2!!! DH thought that was too much to pay...I told him they go for AT LEAST 99 cents a pound in the store (when you can find them)....you can see how long it's been since I let him go to the store with me

WOOHOO!!! Bought 2 spag squashes in Whole Foods in Giffnock, just outside Glasgow, for £1.99 each! They had loads!

Does anyone know the carb count of these? I tried to look it up, but couldnt find a reference for it.

According to the USDA website
http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/3262

100 grams of cooked spaghetti squash has about 5 net carbs
1 cup (155 gr) has just under 8 net carbs
