Thud, is that anything like grits? If so, what are grits like?

Four eggs, cloudy side up (fried sunny side up with a cover), about an ounce and a half of butter.

Texture wise maybe yeah, kinda

There was a lot of grease left over from the bacon and burger so I tossed in a good amount of flax flax meal to soak it up, kept skillet hot then added ACV to plump the seeds up and some salt then added half and half to try to loosen it up. I used to much flax seed ... acutally too much grease because the flax couldn't hold it all - you see leaking out on plate.

I wasn't very hungry after that meal I'll tell you what

Salad: Raw jicama, raw leeks, sour cream, full fat greek yogurt, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, walnuts, cinnamon.

Left over baked chicken, roast beef, steak, sauteed mushrooms, sauerkraut, kimchee, turmeric + pepper, salt.

lamb cooked in ghee, infused with rosemary and garlic..
then added butter and dry sherry to the pan and scraped the drippings into a sauce.......
pot of iced coffee: light & sweet

sliced strawberries, waited 20 min, then Oui French yogurt plain with chia seeds (that yogurt is so good plain I don't even need sweetener), ice water
