Default I actually had a dramatic effect from new supp

So for the past year, or thereabouts, i've had burning skin. it feels like a sunburn. mostly the trunk but sometimes other places.
i googled it and mostly found peop having results from B 12.

that is one of the many things i tried w/o results.
but i did improve my digestion w lugols so it wasn't all in vain.

i saw High Potency Multi softgel in a Swansons ad and decided to go for it.
i didn't want the added iron but figured what the heck and ordered it.

My burning skin is no more and it really happened w/in a week so i was deficient in something......

so maybe i have given up my antisupplement stance....and i'm pleased that it all comes in one.
i also still take vitamin D.

Ah, yes! Low B12 can cause all kinds of weird things. Make sure you get the B12 that is sublingual, in case you can't absorb it well. The good stuff is methycobalamin. I get mine at iherb.com, Jarrow is the brand.

B-12 didn't make any difference and i tried both types.
So really, i don't know....but i'm just happy that it's resolved.
