Artichoke dip- easy
1 can of artichokes (13.75 oz)
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan
4 oz of cream cheese (half a log)
2 tsp Garlic powder or minced garlic. (I like garlic)
pepper to taste
Heat oven to 500 degrees
Mix all ingredients well except for artichokes.
chop up artichokes into bite sized pieces, fold into mix.
Pour into a glass bread/loaf pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
----
-eat it with pita bread
-rolled up in ham
-with pork rinds ect...
