I can tell you what I had for breakfast yesterday! My usual French Press of coffee (I've cut it down from two) with a lump of coconut oil the size of a walnut and heavy cream.
This is what I heated up in the office microwave. I get up 5:30 and eat breakfast at 9:30. It was a big slab of brisket covered in guacamole.
And the LOOKS. Of astonishment. Would bother me if I cared.
Ha, I bet! I still hear people around me talking low fat...!

2 hamburger patties fried in beef tallow with LC ketchup and pesto, quiche, blueberries, bone broth, keto mug bread and black coffee. OMAD (one meal a day) time-restricted eating, so a 22-24 hour fast until tomorrow's breakfast.
today and tomorrow:
3 cheese omelet with blue, cheddar and mozzarella, and bacon... I heated some eggplant cubes on the side - putting them in the omelet just didn't work well yesterday and the cream cheese got completely lost flavor-wise. Half caff and HC
